Project Coordinator $20 Hourly

Innovative Prototype Company in Toledo is seeking to hire a project coordinator with knowledge in the automotive production field, who will be in charge of assisting our project managers in organizing ongoing projects.

This task involves:

• monitoring project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures
• organizing and participating in meetings with the customer,
• ensuring that project deadlines are met in a timely manner.

Project Coordinator Responsibilities:

 Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and

expenditures.

 Organizing, attending, and participating in meetings.

 Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.

 Ensuring project deadlines are met.

 Determining project changes.

 Providing administrative support as needed.

 Undertaking project tasks as required.

 Developing project strategies.

 Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained

appropriately for each project.

Project Coordinator Requirements:

 Prefer a Bachelor’s degree but not required

 No experience necessary

 Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.

 Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

 Ability to work in a team environment to support demanding automotive customer

requirements.

 Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.

 Competency in Microsoft applications including Work, Excel, and Outlook.

 Ability to work on tight deadlines.

Work hours: Monday – Friday, 8AM-5PM, with the possibility of overtime.
